Generally, a Support or Tank handles this position. Supports have a low need for Gold and are characterized by high self-defense and support ability. Buying a Roam-exclusive item means you no longer affect your teammates' EXP and Gold gains. Early on, move together with your Jungler or Marksman and support them with attacks and healing.
