How to play
Liu Bang is a Tank who excels at supporting allies. By chaining his Ultimate into Skill 1, Skill 2, and a Basic Attack, he can quickly back up allies in the middle of a fight.
He gains one stack every second, and spending those stacks with a Basic Attack turns it into an enhanced Basic Attack. Skill 1 grants a Shield to an ally and, when the effect ends, deals damage to nearby enemies. After a short delay, you can also manually end it early. Skill 2 advances forward, dealing damage and Stun to enemies in its path.
The Ultimate targets one ally, teleports to that location, and grants a Shield. At the moment of teleporting, it heals nearby allies. Using it again right after a short delay lets you teleport instantly. When leveling up your skills, prioritize the Ultimate, and when it isn't available, prioritize Skill 1.
Skills (level values & ratios)
Passive: Royal Ambition：Gains 1 stack of the Mark per second. On a Basic Attack, consumes all Marks, and per stack deals an additional 80 (80 + 10% of Magic ATK) Magic Damage. When the Marks reach max stacks, enhances the next Basic Attack into a continuous slash, dealing 474 (474 + 100% of Magic ATK + 42% of Magic ATK) Magic Damage. Base Damage 80〜160 / Base Damage 294〜588
Skill 1: Dominator's Shield：Gains a shield of 600 (600 + 18% of Bonus HP) for 5 seconds. When the effect ends, deals 600 (600 + 80% of Bonus HP) Magic Damage to surrounding enemies.
Within the 15 seconds the shield is held, tapping the skill again releases the shield early, dealing damage to surrounding enemies. While the shield is held, the damage is 50%. CD (s) 10→8 / Base Damage 600→1200 / Shield Increase 600→1200 / MP Cost 60
Skill 2: Staggering Charge：Dashes a distance of 275-550 in a designated direction (can be charged), dealing 300 (300 + 40% of Magic ATK) to 600 (600 + 80% of Magic ATK) Magic Damage to enemies along the path and stunning them for 0.75 seconds.
The skill effect increases with charge time. Canceling the skill during charge, or being interrupted, reduces the skill's cooldown by 40%. CD (s) 9→7 / Base Damage 300→600 / Charge Damage 600→1200 / MP Cost 50
Ultimate: Battlefield Command：Selects one ally and channels in place, warping to that position after 2.2 seconds. At the same time, grants that ally a shield of (480 + 12% of the target's Bonus HP) to (960 + 24% of the target's Bonus HP).
After the warp completes, restores 300 (300 + 8% of Bonus HP) HP to himself and surrounding allies and increases his own Move Speed by 30%. Also, "Staggering Charge" enters its max charge state for 10 seconds.
Even while channeling, tapping the ally again after 4 seconds allows an immediate warp, releasing the ally's shield and dealing (200 + 40% of Magic ATK) to (400 + 80% of Magic ATK) Magic Damage to surrounding enemies. However, the HP restore effect is nullified.

Liu Bang — Early / Mid / Late Game
Early game: Early on you play as a defensive role. After the rework, Liu Bang lost his mobility skill and has less room for error, so as the opponent it's effective to suppress Liu Bang's growth in the early game.
Mid game: In the mid game, split push to pressure the enemy while instantly joining team fights with your Ultimate in a crisis to create a strategic advantage. It's said that if your team spots an isolated Liu Bang, they should focus him down to take him out.
Late game: Your support ability stands out in late-game team fights. Thanks to your Passive, your max HP is added directly to your damage, so the more HP you stack the more damage you deal, giving you an edge against many tanks in lane.
