How to play

Cirrus is an Assassin with strong wave-clearing ability. By chaining Skill 1 into a Basic Attack, then Skill 2, a Basic Attack, the Ultimate, and another Basic Attack, you can quickly finish off squishy enemies. From level 4 onward he can fly without limit.

His Basic Attacks apply a laceration effect to enemies, dealing damage when those enemies move. Skill 1 charges a forward dash, granting a Shield and Stunning anyone it hits. At level 2 it releases a wind blade that deals damage, after which the following Basic Attack fires even sharper feathers that knock enemies up. The Ultimate makes him immune to damage for a short time and lifts a target hero into the air. Airborne targets cannot be targeted and take damage when they land.

For your skill leveling, prioritize the Ultimate first, and at levels where the Ultimate isn't available yet, prioritize Skill 1.

Skills (level values & ratios)

Passive: Through the Clouds:Upon reaching Lv.4, Yun Zhongjun can permanently ignore terrain and fly. Basic attacks build up stacks, which increase Move Speed by 0-60. When not performing basic attacks, the aura rapidly decays. Interrupting a basic attack applies a Laceration effect to enemy heroes for 3 seconds, up to 5 stacks, dealing up to 0.24% of the enemy's movement as Physical Damage (increased by 0.02% of Bonus HP). The more stacks, the higher the Laceration damage, up to 10.

Enemies with the Laceration effect take 50% of the Laceration effect even without moving, and minions and monsters always take 4.6 (2.7% of Physical ATK) Physical Damage whether moving or not.

Skill 1: Cloud Descending:Charging increases Move Speed by 60%. Dashes forward, gaining a 300 (300+100% of Bonus Physical ATK) shield, stunning the hit target for 0.5 seconds, and dealing 200 (200+40% of Bonus Physical ATK) Physical Damage. Upon hitting the first hero, can reverse-jump in any direction.

Yun Zhongjun knocks back enemy hero units. CC effects cancel the charge. CD (s) 10→8 / Shield 300→600 / Base Damage 200→400 / Move Speed Up 60%→120%

Skill 2: Razor Wind:Releases wind blades from his wings, dealing 150 (150+50% of Bonus Physical ATK) Physical Damage twice forward and reducing enemy Move Speed by 12.5% for 1 second. Afterward, attack speed increases by 20% for 4 seconds, and he can perform basic attacks that deal 34 (20% of Physical ATK), 51 (30% of Physical ATK), and 85 (50% of Physical ATK) Physical Damage respectively. CD (s) 10→8 / Base Damage 150→300 / Attack Speed Increase 20%→40% / Slow 12.5%→25%

Ultimate: Soaring Whirlwind:For a certain interval, reduces damage taken by 30%, increases Move Speed, sweeps target heroes within range into the air, and removes CC effects. During activation, he is untargetable yet can move, and on landing deals 360 (360+120% of Bonus Physical ATK) Physical Damage and knocks enemies up for 0.5 seconds.

Each stack of the whirlwind effect increases Laceration effect damage by 10%. Enemies swept into the air take focused fire for 1.5 seconds from enemies in focus; if cast while not taking focused fire from enemies in focus for 1.5 seconds, he himself is swept into the air, dealing the same damage to enemies. CD (s) 45→35 / Base Damage 360→720 / Damage Reduction (%) 30%→60%

Cirrus — Early / Mid / Late Game

Early game: Very strong in the early game; with Skill 1 and Skill 2 he can take the initiative and the advantage in lane. Making the most of this early strength is the key to mastering Cirrus.

Mid game: His team-fight ability itself is average, but by wearing the enemy down well with the Ultimate, he helps his team take control of the fight.

Late game: Through the mid and late game he keeps playing around the Ultimate's attrition, contributing so his team can take the advantage in team fights.
