How to play
Devara is a Fighter with high damage. The basic combo begins with building up the Passive. Close in with Skill 1 to trigger an empowered Basic Attack, then use the Ultimate to chain into Basic Attacks. Next, repeat "Skill 1 into Basic Attack" twice, then use "Skill 2 into Basic Attack" to refill the Passive to full again. Finally, chain "Skill 1 into Basic Attack" once more to quickly deal burst damage.
Devara's Basic Attacks can switch between a melee form and a ranged form. Melee attacks have a short attack interval and gain Energy with each hit. When Energy is full, you can use Skill 1 or Skill 2 one additional time.
Skill 1 charges forward, dealing Magic Damage to enemies along its path and granting a Shield for a set duration. Skill 2 unleashes the power of a storm forward, knocking enemies back and dealing Magic Damage. The Ultimate rises into the air, during which you gain Crowd Control resistance and increased Movement Speed. After landing, you transform for a set duration, empowering your Basic Attacks and increasing the Energy gained per Basic Attack.
For skill leveling, prioritize the Ultimate above all, and when the Ultimate is unavailable, prioritize Skill 1.
Skills (level values & ratios)
Passive: Wish of the Living：Basic attacks at close range have a shorter attack interval.
Each basic attack gains 1 stack of Living Power (up to 6 stacks). When the cap is reached, triggers Heavenly Sound to cast a basic skill 1 additional time.
Casting a basic skill enhances the basic attack, dealing an additional 85 (85 + 35% of Physical ATK) Magic Damage to enemies in range and restoring 75 (75 + 1.2% of Bonus HP) HP. (Special effects are not triggered.)
The bonus Magic Damage deals 75% damage to units other than the target. Bonus Damage 85〜170 / HP Restore 75〜150
Skill 1: Thunderblaze：Transforms into blue lightning and dashes forward, dealing 200 (200 + 45% of Physical ATK) Magic Damage to enemies along the path.
Gains a 340 (340 + 5% of Bonus HP) shield for 2.5 seconds. Base Damage 200→400 / CD (s) 8→6.5 / Shield 340→680
Skill 2: Divine Judgment：Unleashes the power of raging thunder forward. Upon reaching maximum distance / contacting a unit, it explodes after a set time, dealing 200 (200 + 45% of Physical ATK) Magic Damage and knocking back.
The closer the unit, the greater the knockback distance. Base Damage 200→400 / CD (s) 8→6.5
Ultimate: Millennium Echo：After a 1.5-second state change, floats into the air and enters the Thunder Soul-Hunting state.
When cast, gains Super Armor against nearby enemies, increases Physical ATK by 30%, and can ignore terrain. Furthermore, randomly strikes nearby enemies with lightning from the vajra, each dealing 100 (100 + 22% of Physical ATK) Magic Damage and gaining 1 stack of Living Power. Gains a 100 (160 + 2.5% of Bonus HP) shield. Upon landing, deals 200 (200 + 45% of Physical ATK) Magic Damage to nearby enemies.
The transformed state lasts 8 seconds. During this time, the enhanced basic attack has expanded range, and basic attacks gain 2 stacks of Living Power. Ranged basic attacks are granted a chain-bolt effect that bounces to multiple enemies, dealing 86 (50% of Physical ATK) Physical Damage. CD (s) 60→48 / Lightning Damage 100→200
Devara — Early / Mid / Late Game
Early game: When you have 4 to 5 bars of Energy, take the initiative and use the bonus skills triggered by your Passive to win the HP trade.
Mid game: You're stronger the closer you stick in melee, so in solo fights close the distance and brawl.
Late game: In team fights, enter with Skill 3 to quickly gain Energy, then use the doubled Energy generation during your transformation to unload a flood of skills and empowered Basic Attacks.
