How to play
Consort Yu is a Marksman who excels at damage over time. By chaining Skill 1 into Basic Attack, Ultimate, Basic Attack, Skill 2, and Basic Attack, she can deal heavy damage in a short window. Her Basic Attacks have a set chance to fire twice and Slow enemies.
Skill 1 fires one powerful arrow. Skill 2 briefly buffs herself and nullifies Physical Damage. The Ultimate leaps to the target and somersaults backward, gaining certain buffs while Stunning and Slowing the enemy. For skill leveling, prioritize the Ultimate first, and when you can't take the Ultimate, prioritize Skill 1.
Skills (level values & ratios)
Passive: Blessing of the Dryads:Each basic attack has a 25% chance to fire an additional arrow, dealing 110 (90 + 12% of Physical ATK) Physical DMG. Applies 1 stack of a slow to the enemy (up to 2 stacks). Each stack slows the enemy by 10%-20% for 2s. Base Damage 90〜180 / Slow 10%〜20%
Skill 1: Oak Bolt:After charging for a while, fires a powerful arrow in the designated direction, damaging enemies along its path. The arrow deals 740 (740 + 230% of Physical ATK) Physical DMG to the first enemy hit, but damage to other enemies is reduced to 50% (up to 6 enemies).
When Attack Speed reaches 0%/40%/80%/120%/160%/200%, the charge motion becomes 0%/20%/40%/60%/80%/100% faster respectively. CD (s) 6.5→5 / Base Damage 740→1480 / MP Cost 40
Skill 2: Protecting Winds:Enhances himself for 2s. Move Speed increases by 20%, Attack Speed by 12.5%, and physical attacks against him are nullified.
Casting Skill 2 nullifies CC for a short time and cleanses all slows on himself. Additionally, the next basic attack within 5s is guaranteed to trigger the passive effect.
Passive effect: Attack Speed +12.5%. CD (s) 12.5→10 / Move Speed Up 20%→40% / Attack Speed Increase 12.5%→25% / MP Cost 80
Ultimate: Vaulting Shot:Charges at the target (gaining CC immunity during the charge), stunning the enemy charged for 0.5s and heavily slowing it for 2s.
Casting the charge causes him to backflip and fire an arrow at the target along the same path, dealing 340 (340 + 100% of Bonus Physical ATK) Physical DMG. After the backflip, Attack Speed increases by 20% for 4s.
Depending on the Attack Speed increase (0%/40%/80%/120%/160%/200%), the backflip fires 1/2/3/4/5/6 arrows. When multiple arrows hit the same target, damage from the 2nd arrow onward is reduced, each to 20%. CD (s) 25→20 / Base Damage 340→680 / Attack Speed Increase 12.5%→17.5% / MP Cost 100
Consort Yu — Early / Mid / Late Game
Early game: In the early lane, mainly keep chipping away at the enemy's HP with Skill 1 "Chu Song" and Basic Attacks. Skill 1 has a wide attack area and long range, making it effective for disruption and pressure. Once the enemy's HP is low, it's a chance for the Ultimate "Dance Before the Front," which fires high-damage arrows along with a brief Stun—especially effective when the enemy tries to force a tower dive on you. If chased, retreat without hesitation using sprint and the Ultimate.
Mid game: In team fights from the mid game on, stand behind your frontline, and once your crowd-control units like Tanks, Mages, and Assassins pin the enemy down, poke from the back with Basic Attacks and Skill 1 to build your team's advantage. If an enemy's remaining HP is low, step forward with the Ultimate "Dance Before the Front" to reap them. Since the Ultimate makes you leap back to maximum attack range when it ends, you can safely pick up kills.
Late game: In team fights, mind your positioning; don't panic at the start and waste the Ultimate or Skill 2—first poke from range with Skill 1. The basics are to deal damage from behind your Tank. It's easy to forget Basic Attacks while Skill 1 is on cooldown, but since you're a Marksman at heart, your Basic Attack damage is nothing to underestimate.
