How to play
Fatih's Passive grants one empowered Basic Attack each time he uses an active skill. This empowered Basic Attack deals extra damage and increases his Attack Speed and range, and he can stock up to five at once.
Skill 1 is his only dash and can be used up to three times before it goes on Cooldown. The first and second advance and deal damage, while the third Knocks up enemies. The more he uses it, the longer the Cooldown becomes. Skill 2 deals damage and Slow to enemies in a line, and on a hit it heals his HP. The healing amount increases with the number of hits, but is halved on hits against minions or monsters. The Ultimate clears all Crowd Control on himself at once and raises his max HP and stats. The more enemies nearby, the more his max HP increases, and during the Ultimate, Skill 2 and his empowered Basic Attacks are also empowered.
His basic combo starts by raising his stats with the Ultimate and dealing damage with empowered Basic Attacks. Next, chase with the first cast of Skill 1, then an empowered Basic Attack, Slow with Skill 2, another empowered Basic Attack, and the second cast of Skill 1 to chase further. Once you've ground down the enemy's HP, Immobilize them with the third cast of Skill 1 to deal the finishing blow. In teamfights, use the Ultimate's stat boost and his other skills and Basic Attacks to absorb damage while healing and counterattacking. Before a fight, use Skill 1 and Skill 2 with no target to stock up empowered Basic Attacks, which makes it easier to open with the Ultimate.
Learning the Ultimate at level 4 makes survival and damage much easier, so join in supporting lanes or invading the jungle. In teamfights, stand on the front line and rapidly chain Basic Attacks, Skill 1, and Skill 2 during the Ultimate to heal quickly, buying time for your backline allies to deal damage. The Ultimate can also clear Crowd Control, so one option is to use it after taking the enemy's important Crowd Control.
From early to mid game, focus on farming, ambushing, and supporting a lane advantage, and join teamfights from the mid to late game once your items come online. However, since he doesn't have enough Tank stats to dive in from the very start, watch the enemy's damage dealers carefully and choose whether to engage with the Ultimate and tank on the front line, or join slightly later to clean up.
Advanced tips
Here are the key points for when playing Fatih and feeling like your damage falls short, you can't survive, or you can't gain an advantage. Since his damage relies on the Passive, first get a handle on how to use the Passive and his combos. For survival, he has naturally low attack frequency and Tank stats, so add Tank items for extra room as needed, use the Ultimate early to heal while taking damage, and avoid using the Ultimate at low HP only to instantly die. Failing to gain an advantage is often a case of dying early and breaking your rhythm, so understand your matchups, avoid teamfights at first, and gather your core items through farming and ambushing solo heroes.
Fatih is a hero who stacks the Passive's empowered Basic Attacks with his skills, then quickly deals damage while healing through the combination of the Ultimate, his other skills, and empowered Basic Attacks. The high-Attack-Speed empowered Basic Attacks are especially effective for healing. Sliding the movement wheel while casting skills, or mixing empowered Basic Attacks between skills, speeds up his casts. When skills are off Cooldown, make use of Skill 2's short Cooldown to stack the Passive. Hitting a bush with Skill 2 lets you check for enemies by the change in its visual effect. In a fight, going from Basic Attack into Skill 2 and then a Basic Attack quickly resets Skill 2's Cooldown while poking.
Early on, his damage and Cooldown reduction are weak, so prioritize farming. Depending on the situation, also choose to support a lane advantage or farm while rotating lanes. In the mid game, prioritizing managing the side and middle lanes before joining your allies' ambushes makes it easier to prevent towers falling during teamfights and to limit the enemy's movements. Late game, cut into the enemy's key target from the side or a bush, and in teamfights either grind opponents down with sustained damage or push a side lane solo to buy time for your team to fight with a numbers advantage.
To dive straight into a teamfight, or to take the enemy's key target from the side, the combo is to go from Basic Attack into Skill 2, a Basic Attack for Slow and chip damage, another Basic Attack, then Skill 1 with an empowered Basic Attack to finish. If the enemy is within Skill 2's range, Slow them with Skill 2, then empowered Basic Attack, cancel the recovery into Skill 1 to chase, empowered Basic Attack, cancel the recovery with the Ultimate, empowered Basic Attack, then two casts of Skill 1 with empowered Basic Attacks in between to chase. If the enemy is far, close in with Skill 1, Slow with Skill 2, close in further with Skill 1, cancel the recovery with the Ultimate, empowered Basic Attack, then Skill 1, layering on Crowd Control and empowered Basic Attack damage.
In terms of matchups, pairing with engage-focused heroes like Lian Po or Zhang Fei lets multiple Crowd Controls help Fatih reach the enemy's key target, while also letting him take damage on the front line. Combined with the healing from Sun Bin's Skill 2, Fatih's healing can absorb a tremendous amount of damage. Musashi's Ultimate resets the Cooldown of Fatih's Ultimate, giving him more breathing room and longer fight duration. Having an early-game jungler like Liu Bei or Gao Changgong also makes it easier for Fatih to invade the jungle.

Fatih — Early / Mid / Late Game
Early game: In the early game he can't show his true value until his items come online, so focus on farming first. Movement Speed is important, so prioritize items that grant speed to set up coordinated kills with allies.
Mid game: His burst starts to come out from the mid game, and Skill 2's Slow effect is very strong, so enemies he catches almost never escape. Once his items are complete, he excels at chasing down enemies on low HP.
Late game: In team fights he can take damage on the front line, protect the marksman, or dive the enemy's damage dealers. Fragile heroes struggle to survive his full skill combo, and with high mobility and strong Crowd Control he punishes backliners who lack mobility skills, while surviving thanks to his Ultimate's healing.
