Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the OTOM-LINGBAO app and website (the “App”), operated by AIGRAM Inc. (the “Operator”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The App is an unofficial fan-made tool that provides reference information and learning support (such as hero data, recommended builds, matchups, and training/quiz features) for the game Honor of Kings. The App is for informational purposes only and does not interact with or modify the game itself.

2. Not Affiliated / Third-Party Rights

“Honor of Kings” and all related names, logos, images, and in-game data are trademarks and copyrighted works of Tencent and its respective rights holders. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Tencent or the game's developers or publishers. All such third-party materials are used only for reference and identification, and their rights belong to the respective owners. If a rights holder requests it, the Operator will promptly remove the relevant content.

3. Accounts and Cloud Sync

By default, the App automatically creates an anonymous account on startup and syncs your data — such as battle records, memos, favorites, and training progress — to the cloud, so it is backed up and available across devices. You may also sign in with Google or email/password to associate your data with your account, and you can stop automatic sync by signing out. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights).

Interfere with the operation of the App, including unauthorized access, excessive load, or analysis of the servers.

Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the App's content without permission.

Register false information, or impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for the third-party materials described in Section 2, the App's own original elements — including its compilation, editing, translations, descriptive text, and interface — belong to the Operator and may not be used beyond the scope permitted by law without prior consent.

6. Disclaimer

The App's information is collected from public sources and is provided “as is.” The Operator does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or that it matches the current state of the game, which may change with updates and balance adjustments. The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Advertising

The App may display advertising delivered by third parties such as Google. Details on cookies and personalized ads are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms as needed. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and significant changes will be announced here.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.

Special Terms for OTOM AI

This chapter applies to the use of OTOM AI, the AI feature offered in the web version of the App (a feature in which an AI answers questions you ask the App's character; in OTOM-LINGBAO it also includes reading a pick from an image such as a screenshot; “OTOM AI”). Where this chapter differs from the other sections of these Terms, this chapter prevails for OTOM AI.

(1) The Service and Conditions of Use

Answers from OTOM AI are generated by Anthropic's AI (Claude) based on the App's directories and other information. Use requires signing in with Google or email and verifying your email address. OTOM AI can be purchased only in the web version, not inside the apps distributed through app stores. How your input is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

(2) About AI Answers

OTOM AI's answers and image readings are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors, outdated information or incomplete content. The Operator does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or usefulness. Answers are not professional advice on medical or health, investment or financial, legal, tax or similar matters. Consult a medical institution about any health concern and a professional about investment, legal or tax decisions, and for anything affecting safety — fire, water, mountains, driving and the like — follow local signs, laws and the instructions of those in charge. Decisions and actions based on answers are your own responsibility.

(3) Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the prohibited conduct elsewhere in these Terms, when using OTOM AI you must not:

Ask questions for the purpose of breaking the law, harming others, or doing something dangerous.

Enter other people's personal information, confidential information, or images you have no right to use.

Ask questions by automated means such as programs, evade usage limits by using multiple accounts or otherwise, or try to make the AI disregard its instructions.

Publish answers as if they were the views of the Operator or of a professional.

Use OTOM AI in a way that violates Anthropic's usage policies.

(4) Paid Plans and Credit Packs

To use OTOM AI beyond the free allowance, you can buy a paid plan (renewed automatically each month) or a credit pack (a one-time purchase). Paid plans and credit packs are shared across the apps of the OTOM series. Paid plans and credit packs are sold by Naohiko Ban (an individual), and the purchase contract is between you and the seller. Payment is processed through Stripe. Prices, the timing and method of payment, when the service is provided, renewal and cancellation, credit pack expiry and refund conditions are as shown on the purchase screen and in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from “Manage plan” in the OTOM AI screen and keep using it until the end of the period already paid for; cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund. A credit pack can be used for the number of days shown on the purchase screen from the date of purchase, and expired or unused credits cannot be refunded, except where a refund is required by law.

(5) Changes to Allowances and Content

The daily allowance, the contents of each plan, the types and prices of credit packs and the AI model used may change. The current allowances and contents are shown in the App. If the price of a paid plan changes, we will announce it in advance in the App or elsewhere, and the new price will apply from the renewal after the announcement. If questions or images require a large amount of processing, or if usage is concentrated, the daily allowance may become temporarily unavailable before it is used up.

(6) Suspension and Termination

The Operator may suspend all or part of OTOM AI without notice in the event of failures or maintenance, circumstances at the AI provider, a sudden increase in costs, or suspected misuse. If a user breaches these Terms, the Operator may suspend that user's access to OTOM AI. If OTOM AI is discontinued, we will announce it in advance in the App or elsewhere and stop renewing paid plans; unused credits will be handled in accordance with the law.

To use OTOM AI beyond the free allowance, you can buy a paid plan (renewed automatically each month) or a credit pack (a one-time purchase). Paid plans and credit packs are shared across the apps of the OTOM series. Paid plans and credit packs are sold by Naohiko Ban (an individual), and the purchase contract is between you and the seller. Payment is processed through Stripe. Prices, the timing and method of payment, when the service is provided, renewal and cancellation, credit pack expiry and refund conditions are as shown on the purchase screen and in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice.
