Cooling Grip (Fan Type)
A grip and a fan in one. Cools less than Peltier, but far less fuss.
What it changes
It only blows air, so it cools less than a Peltier unit. In exchange it never forms condensation, and most run on a built-in battery so there is no cable. It doubles as the grip described above, which suits anyone who wants one accessory instead of two. On a phone that runs only moderately hot, a fan is enough to hold the line.
What to look at
Battery or bus-powered changes how you use it — check runtime for the former, and cable routing for the latter. Fan noise varies a lot between models. It overlaps with a Peltier cooler if you already run one. If you only want the grip, a fanless one is lighter.
